Fire disaster is a great threat to lives and property. In some cases, the resulting losses are extraordinary, causing hundreds of deaths, widespread damage to property and contents and significant impacts on the environment. And nowadays, securing one’s property and business against fire is becoming more and more important.
The Bureau of Fire Protection is the government fire service of the Philippines. BFP is responsible for ensuring public safety through prevention and/or suppression of all destructive fires on buildings, houses, and other similar structure. However, in some circumstances the fire response is sometimes delayed due to the different factors like long response time, low voice quality, route and location issues, the deaf and mute can’t even take an action when this kind of incidents are to occur and according to the 2016 Quantitative Assessment survey only 10.10% of the population knows the contact number of BFP and the remaining 89.90% doesn’t know BFP’s contact number. This reveals that longer delay in emergency response is related to more flame spread, results to more damage.

The Bureau of Fire Protection shall automatically obtain relevant information like complete name and address, effective route, map, landmark and even picture using Geographic Information System data.
