Pursuant to Executive Order No. 41 Series of 2020 by the City Government of Tagbilaran – the City Government of Tagbilaran spearheaded by the City DRRM Office is launching the Tagbilaran City QR Code Contact Tracing System.
This system will help streamline the contact tracing process for confirmed COVID-19 patients by using the digital technology to identify possible close contacts. Eliminating our traditional health declaration forms by using digital logs when entering public and private establishments.
Registration is currently ongoing in our respective barangays with the assistance of our DILG Contact Tracing Team. A registration kiosk will also be set up in the New Tagbilaran City Hall for your convenience.
